Daily Dose of Happiness / Privacy requests
This page explains how to delete your account, download your data, withdraw consent, or make a privacy request or complaint. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
In the App:
Without the App: email info@lioverse.de with the subject “Delete my account” and include the email address of your account. If you do not have an account with an email address, we can only identify you through the App, so please use the in-app option.
What we delete: check-ins, reflections, notes, letters, answers, garden and progress data, saved content, community posts, push tokens, settings and account data. We instruct our processors to delete their copies.
What we keep: purchase and accounting records where the law requires us to keep them. Copies in backups are deleted within 30 days. Purchase data held by Apple or Google is managed by them. Premium stays linked to your store account and can be restored in a new account with Restore purchases.
In Settings › Privacy & data you can delete single or all check-ins, notes, letters and answers without deleting your account.
In Settings › Privacy & data › Check-ins & reflections you can withdraw your consent. We then delete all check-ins and reflections. Your account, garden and Premium stay.
In Settings › Privacy & data › Download my data you get a copy of your data as a machine-readable file.
For access, correction, restriction, objection, a complaint or a consumer health data request, email info@lioverse.de or use Privacy requests & complaints in the App. We confirm receipt and respond within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows).
If you disagree with our response, you can appeal with the subject “Appeal”. We respond to appeals within 45 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, for example the UK Information Commissioner's Office, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, or your State Attorney General.
